Standard Tasting and Tour of the Cellar
The experience begins with the visit to the beating heart of the company: the winemaking cellar, followed by the historic cellar and the barrel cellar, where the production methods with which our wines are made will be explained. Afterwards, inside the recently restored wine shop, you can taste 4 wines:
Valle d’Aosta DOP Bianco Ensemblo,
Valle d’Aosta DOP Rosè,
Valle d’Aosta DOP Gamay,
Valle d’Aosta DOP Torrette.
All accompanied by breadsticks or focaccia.


Premium Tasting and Tour of the Cellar

If you want to immerse yourself completely in our reality, the best method is certainly the tour of the vineyards to understand what mountain viticulture is and its efforts and the beauties it gives us.
Cellar and Vineyard Tour and Standard Tasting
The experience begins in the vineyard, where you will be led to discover the grapes grown, including the native ones of the Aosta Valley and international varieties, and then continue in the modern cellar where the transformation takes place. Here you will taste 4 DOC wines:

Valle d’Aosta DOP Rosè,
Valle d’Aosta DOP Gamay,
Valle d’Aosta DOP Torrette.
Comfortable shoes are recommended for visiting the vineyard.

La Source Experience
In this experience you will be accompanied on the Tour of the Cellar, where our staff will explain to you with passion what heroic viticulture represents for us, the efforts it entails, but also the satisfactions that derive from it.
At the end you will enjoy a unique food and wine experience: inside the welcoming farmhouse you will be served a typical 4-course Aosta Valley menu, each of which wisely paired with an excellent wine of the winery, with the aim of enhancing the flavors and delight the palate.

La Source is locates in a magical place in the Aosta Valley, nestled in the Alps a few steps from the Castle of Saint Pierre. The various experiences will allow you to discover the Estate accompanied by expert members of the Staff, who will show you the methods of wine production, with particular attention to the practice of heroic viticulture, where crops take place at altitudes above 500 meters, in difficult territories, often terraced, with slopes greater than 30% and without the aid of mechanical means.
